Organizational Meetings
By RISE Business Framework · Created by Gary Harper and Brandon McCurdy · Reviewed
An organizational meeting is a weekly leadership meeting that links quarterly goals to daily work. In RISE, it reviews the Key Performance Indicator report and The Four. Its centerpiece is the 30-minute RISE Issues List, which sorts every issue into Resources, Inspiration, Systems or Engagement.
How RISE does it
- Held weekly and reviews Key Performance Indicators.
- The Four Review updates milestones on the four most important things due this quarter.
- What Got Done updates last week's To-Do list.
- The RISE Issues List takes 30 minutes and sorts issues by quadrant.
Organizational Meetings is one of four tools in Effective Meetings, part of the Systems quadrant of the RISE Business Framework.
