Culture Meetings
By RISE Business Framework · Created by Gary Harper and Brandon McCurdy · Reviewed
A culture meeting brings the team together to reinforce values, purpose and shared goals. In RISE, the Culture Meeting is held quarterly and reviews the Key Purpose Indicator. Its agenda is timed to the minute. Four story blocks map to the four RISE quadrants, from Resource Appreciation to Engagement Victories.
How RISE does it
- Held quarterly and reviews the Key Purpose Indicator.
- The leader reviews core values. The owner reviews the purpose statement and Key Purpose Indicator.
- Four 10-minute story blocks: Resource Appreciation, Inspiring Moments, Systems Successes and Engagement Victories.
- It is the only RISE meeting agenda timed to the minute.
