Tactical Meetings

By RISE Business Framework · Created by Gary Harper and Brandon McCurdy · Reviewed

Tactical meetings are short, frequent check-ins on day-to-day operations. In RISE there are two. The Process Huddle runs daily for 5 minutes and reviews Key Process Indicators. The Systems 60 runs weekly for 60 minutes and moves a process from As-Is to Should-Be with a roll-out plan.

How RISE does it

  • Both tactical meetings review Key Process Indicators.
  • Process Huddle: daily, 5 minutes, covering good news, a team update and the indicator review.
  • Systems 60: weekly, 60 minutes, with 30 minutes of Process Leaning.
  • The Systems 60 loop runs As-Is Process, Process Leaning, Should-Be Process, Roll-Out Plan.
