Strategic Meetings
By RISE Business Framework · Created by Gary Harper and Brandon McCurdy · Reviewed
A strategic meeting is where leaders set objectives and plan how to reach them. In RISE, the Strategic Meeting is held quarterly, not monthly, and reviews the Key Profit Indicator report. It checks core values and purpose alignment, then runs four audits: Resources, Inspiration, Systems and Engagement.
How RISE does it
- Held quarterly and reviews the Key Profit Indicator report.
- Starts with Core Values Violations and Purpose Alignment.
- Runs four audits, one for each RISE quadrant.
- Focuses on objectives, ways to achieve them and a road map to success.
Strategic Meetings is one of four tools in Effective Meetings, part of the Systems quadrant of the RISE Business Framework.
