The Four

By RISE Business Framework · Created by Gary Harper and Brandon McCurdy · Reviewed

Quarterly projects are the few initiatives a business commits to finishing in the next three months. RISE calls them The Four. You answer one question: what are the four things that must happen over the next 90 days? Each project is then broken into four milestones.

How RISE does it

  • Name exactly four quarterly projects.
  • Consider the resources and time available for each.
  • Prioritize by difficulty, urgency or importance.
  • Break each project into milestones.

The Four is one of four tools in Short-Term Vision, part of the Inspiration quadrant of the RISE Business Framework.
