Key Process Indicators

By RISE Business Framework · Created by Gary Harper and Brandon McCurdy · Reviewed

Key Process Indicators are daily measures of process activity and defects. RISE tracks them by department across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance for days 1 through 5. Many have a target of zero, such as Orders not fulfilled. They are reviewed in the daily Process Huddle and weekly Systems 60.

How RISE does it

  • Four departmental tables: Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance.
  • Reported daily, D1 through D5.
  • Many are defect measures with a target of 0.
  • Process Indicators track activity. Performance Indicators track results.

Key Process Indicators is one of four tools in Stoplight Reports, part of the Systems quadrant of the RISE Business Framework.
