Productivity Studies
By RISE Business Framework · Created by Gary Harper and Brandon McCurdy · Reviewed
A productivity study analyzes how tasks are completed, what resources are used and how long each step takes. RISE uses a weekly time study. It tracks activities such as calls, emails and texts by count and hours for each weekday. The data shows where to cut steps, remove bottlenecks and add training.
How RISE does it
- Columns: Activity, Units, Monday through Friday, and Totals.
- Each day records a count and the hours spent.
- Units are measured per hour, such as Calls Per Hour.
- Results show where more training is needed and track efficiency gains.
