About Austin
After college, Austin spent six years in education as a teacher and principal. In 2005 he bought his first Papa John's franchise and grew it to eight locations across three states, managing a staff of more than 200 people and winning multiple sales and operations awards along the way.
He sold the franchises in 2017 and went on to found Sharper Talent. Today he helps hundreds of businesses a year hire the right personnel and place them in the right roles, and he leads the Resources quadrant of the RISE Business Framework.
